Our mattresses are medium-firm and designed with our customer’s ultimate comfort in mind.Our Premium Ventilated Viscoelstaic Hybrid foam offers ultimate support and comfort. Unlike traditional memory foam, it regains its original shape quicker and provides better airflow.Our proprietary integrated support frame keeps the mattress from flattening out when you sit along the edge and reinforces the entire structure. Our Mattresses are a 6.5/10 for firmness, and a 10/10 for quality, comfort, and value.

The more support you have under your mattress the better. We suggest you pair your Polysleep Mattress with our Ultimate Foundation and metal base. The slatted wood support in our Ultimate Foundation allows for maximum airflow, keeping you cooler and improving your sleep. That being said, all Polysleep Mattresses are designed to work with standard support frames.

The Polysleep mattress is designed to regulate your body temperature.We use an open-cell foam for better air circulation to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter!

No problem at all! You have 100 nights to try it, if it doesn't suit you, you can return it for a refund* after the first 45 nights of your 100 night trial with a 75$ fees.

Since all new mattresses have a break-in period, we require customers to try the mattress for 45 nights before initiating a return.

The Polysleep Mattress and Zephyr Polysleep Mattress are covered by a 10-year limited warranty. The Origin Polysleep Mattress has a 5-year limited warranty. Our warranty covers, among other things, manufacturing defects that would result from normal use of the mattress. The latter also takes care of any defects in the cover and its closure. The 100 Night Sleep Trial is our guarantee that comes along with your Polysleep Mattress purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with the mattress, you can return it for a refund after the first 45 days of your 100 night trial for a 75$ fees. Since all new mattresses have a break-in period, we require customers to try the mattress for 45 nights before initiating a return.

It usually takes 1-2 business days to process the order(s). Depending of the city you live in, delivery in Canada usually takes 2 to 7 business days. In total, it will take 4 to 9 business days for you to be able to sleep on your Polysleep Mattress. **Due to COVID-19, Delivery in Canada takes 7 to 10 business days.

At Polysleep we've cut the middleman out. We manufacture and ship our products directly from our warehouse, directly to your door. We spend our time and money developing and improving our products, instead of spending it on marketing an inferior product.

We do not offer a service to help you set up your Polysleep Mattress but don’t worry, it’s easy to unbox: open the box, take off the plastic cover from the mattress, put the mattress on your foundation and it’s all done ☺.

Shipping is FREE. We ship for free in all Canadian Provinces. For the 3 Canadian Territories, please note that there will be an added charge for shipping.

We currently ship to all Canadian Provinces and Territories, but also to all the United States. If you live in one of the 3 Canadian Territories, there will be an added fee for shipping.

All Polysleep mattress sizes ship in a standard box of 17”x 17”x 41”. Depending on bed size, the total weight of the box with the mattress varies from 46 lbs to 86 lbs.

Unfortunately, our shipping partner can’t ship to APO or PO boxes.

Your Polysleep Mattress can stay in its box up to 3 months.

If you chose the option “signature requirement”, yes you need to be home. In order to successfully deliver your Polysleep Mattress, a signature will be required upon receipt.

If you are absent and don’t live in a single-family home, the shipper will leave the package at the closest pick-up location.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer this service. However, you can track your package on our website every step of the way.

We charge applicable local taxes in Canada. The rates vary by provinces & territories.

Our mattresses are shipped from our facility in Montreal, Canada.

We do not offer this service. You can refer to a local charity. Many cities also provide bulk recycling pick up if your items are wrapped in a plastic furniture bag. Check out your municipality’s website for more info.

Once Polysleep is out of the box, it won’t fit back inside the box. We use large industrial machines to compress the mattress, so it won’t go back into its original package.

When your Polysleep arrives at home, open the box, unpack the rolled mattress on your foundation or the floor next to your bed, remove the plastic using the cutting tool. Once the plastic is opened, the mattress will immediately start to grow back into its original shape and you can immediately sleep on it. See our unboxing video!

You can sleep on your Polysleep Mattress right away after unpacking it from the box and removing the plastic.

Exchanges are available for our Polysleep Mattress during the 100-night trial after night 45 of your trial, and for the Polysleep Pillow, during the 30-night trial. Please contact a member of the Polysleep Team at support@polysleep.com. Once an exchange is made, the trial is voided.

After the initial 45 days, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, contact a member of the Polysleep Team at support@polysleep.com and we will help coordinate the return.

We are working hard to limit our environmental impact, particularly by reducing our carbon footprint. Every day, we support our customers so that they are as well informed as possible about our products: an approach that allows us to limit the number of returns. Therefore, we ask our customers to take this factor into consideration before returning their product, in order to participate with us in this more responsible approach.

Our customer support team coordinates each return on an individual basis. One of our partners organization will come and pick it up at a time that works best for you.

No need to do anything. Our partners will come and pick it up as is.

You don’t need to keep the mattress box. We use industrial machines to compress the mattress, so it won’t go back inside its package :)If you're feeling creative, it also makes a great robot costume or princess castle for your kids - take a photo and tag us #polysleep for a chance to be featured!

For all Polysleep offers including free products, please bear in mind that trial periods still apply in the event of a product return. If you decide you'd like to return the products you've paid for (within your return policy window) but keep the free ones, their value will be deducted from your refund. Free products are not eligible for returns in exchange for refunds, or any other form of compensation.

No, you can’t flip your mattress as the Polysleep Mattress is designed with a top and a bottom side. However, as with all mattresses, if you sleep alone on one side or have an important weight difference with your partner, we do recommend that you rotate the mattress 180 degrees every 6 months.

Because accidents happen, our mattress cover is liquid-repellant.

However, you can clean the cover with mild detergent. We don’t recommend machine washing it as it may shrink. You may not want to use a mattress protector when drying the mattress as you need the mattress to breath.
